Today I headed out for a 10km run, seen as England are playing Sweden tonight in the quarter finals of the World Cup. I had said in their last game that if I ran 10km they would win and they did, so I had to do the same today.
It was very hot and a very tough run, the toughest yet and hence the slow time. Now England just have to do their bit!
