Another 10k Run Completed

Managed another 10k today and had a funny incident in the woods with a dog that wouldn’t leave me alone and kept running with me. I had to stand still for about 5 minutes while its owner, an embarrassed lady tried to catch it. Eventually she managed to do so with a doggy treat and off I and they ran 🙂
