A record breaking lunch run today in very cold and windy conditions. Not only did I manage the furthest run yet at 5.3 miles it was done without any stops. I usually have to stop a couple of times for 10 – 15 seconds for traffic light getting across roads but this was a non-stop run. Not the quickest but slowly increasing the distance now.
